How it works

From scattered program data to cited engineering answers

Technicians with inspection equipment beside a jet in a maintenance hangar
Engineers assembling a spacecraft structure in a clean room
Launch vehicle lifting off from the pad
Step 01

Connect your sources

Link PLM and CAD data, ERP and accounting, document libraries and shop-floor exports. RFQs, drawings, MTRs, travelers and CMM reports are indexed where they already live.

  • PLM / CAD
  • ERP / accounting
  • CMM & CNC exports
Step 02

Parse and ground

Drawings, MTRs, certificates, travelers and CMM reports become structured records. Every extracted value, such as a revision, heat number or characteristic, carries a confidence score and a citation back to its source page.

  • Confidence score
  • Page citation
  • Revision check
Step 03

Route and review

Work goes to the role with authority: contracts, engineering, quality or the material review board. Low-confidence items and nonconformances wait for human review, and each approval is kept as evidence.

  • Authority routing
  • MRB / human review
  • Audit trail

Deployment

Two ways to run the platform

Your subscription is the same either way. Only the one-time onboarding may differ with your requirements.

DP-01

Cloud (SaaS)

Runs in Nestack's managed cloud, with hosting, scaling, updates and backups handled for you. It is the fastest route to live: your document library becomes searchable and your dashboards fill up without any infrastructure to stand up.

DP-02

Private / self-hosted

The same platform deployed inside your own cloud, VPC or on-prem environment. Controlled technical data (ITAR / EAR-regulated drawings, specifications and CUI) stays within your boundary, and the monthly subscription stays exactly the same.

FAQ

Questions engineers ask first

What does Qumzarevith AI actually cover?

Eight connected modules on one workspace, in the order of an aerospace and defense order: a Dashboard that monitors everything, then RFQs, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Acceptance and Invoicing. Each module finishes its part of the order and hands the approved record to the next, and the AI in each one reads records, checks them and flags exceptions. Drawing and document search runs across all of them.

See the modules
Can it handle ITAR-controlled or CUI technical data?

Yes, through deployment choice. Beyond our managed cloud, the same platform can be deployed inside your own environment — your cloud tenancy / VPC or on-premises — so controlled data stays where you already govern it, and the monthly subscription does not change. Drawings and technical data can be tagged with their export-control markings and access restricted accordingly, in line with DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171 where your contract invokes them. Your export-control determinations and your own authorisations remain yours; we do not claim any certification on your behalf.

Deployment options
Does it replace our ERP, quality system or customer acceptance?

No. It connects the evidence between them. Engineering design authority, regulated inspectors, ERP accounting controls and government or customer acceptance stay where they are. The platform prepares and reconciles records, so an authorized person can decide faster, and it never approves regulated work on its own. Work can also move backward: a failed inspection returns to Production, and a new drawing revision returns to Engineering.

Which AI models does it use, and where does our data go?

An orchestration layer sits between your workflow and the models, choosing the best available model for each task. Models are routed only where your deployment and contract allow — for a private deployment that can mean open-weight models running inside your own environment, with no data sent to an outside provider.

How orchestration works
How do citations and grounding work?

Every answer is grounded in the source it came from — the drawing, specification, mill test report, certificate or CMM report — and links back to it so an engineer can check the exact line. The platform tracks citation confidence and flags weak sources, such as a superseded drawing revision, a certificate that references the wrong PO or missing revision data, so you can fix the evidence rather than trust a guess.

What happens when an extraction has low confidence?

It goes to a person. Low-confidence extractions — a BOM line, a CMM characteristic, a certificate field, a contract clause — are routed to a human review queue with the source highlighted, and you decide which outputs require sign-off before they move downstream. The AI drafts and checks; your people approve. Material review board dispositions, first article sign-off and contract changes always stay with the people authorized to make them.

Does it connect to our PLM, ERP and shop-floor systems?

Yes, through documented APIs and file exports — PLM and CAD data, ERP and accounting, EDI, document libraries, CMM and CNC exports, and acceptance and invoice records such as PIEE/WAWF where your contract uses them. Integrations are scoped during onboarding to the systems you actually run; where a legacy system has no API, records come in as PDF, CSV or XLSX exports.

Tools & integrations
How is it priced, and what does onboarding involve?

A monthly subscription — the current "Starting at" price is shown in the Pricing section — plus a one-time onboarding fee that gets you fully live before the first monthly cycle. Onboarding has three starting tiers (Essential, Plus, Enterprise); the final scope and timeline depend on your environment, security needs, integrations, data volume and deployment model.

See pricing
Are hardware add-ons included?

No. Optional third-party hardware — part-mark readers, document scanners, machine sensors, gateways, data-acquisition units and CMM exports — is quoted separately. Hardware, installation and integration are not part of the standard subscription; charges depend on the devices, integration modules and implementation scope you choose.
